WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF AN OPEN FOR INSPECTION

Upon receiving your request with details containing the address, date and time of inspection, you will receive a phone call to talk about the property and what areas you would like for us to look out for in particular. 

 

House 11 Investors will attend to the Open for Inspection on your behalf.  Once the inspection is complete, there will be a follow-up phone call shortly after the inspection. 

 

Should you require a current comprehensive market appraisal of the property, we will provide this for you at no extra cost.

AREAS OF INSPECTION

Areas of inspection are Brisbane-wide, Logan, Redlands and Ipswich at the request of the Investor.

BUILDING & PEST

House 11 Residential works closely with reputable building and pest companies and will attend to building and pest inspections should this be required on behalf of the buyer. The Principal Licensee will organise key collections from the current agency or builder, to meet the inspector at the property.

INSPECTION FEES

Our fees as based on the location of the property and travel required to attend. Please email us for a quote.

MANAGEMENT

House 11 would be more than happy to manage your investment property. We have an *all-inclusive fee and will be managed directly by the Principal Licensee and/or the Property Investor Manager of the agency.

REFERRING PARTNERS

We have close working relationships with our trusted conveyancers, pest and building, bond cleaners and maintenance businesses. Should your new purchase require extra services, please ask away!

In 2024, the estimated population of Brisbane is 2,536,449. This is a 1.24% increase from 2023. Brisbane is the 3rd largest city in Australia.

RENT
According to the RTA, the median rent for new tenancies in Brisbane is $540 per week in the most recent June quarter. This is  17% increase compared to the same time the year prior when the median rent was $460.

BUY
The median house purchase is $875,991 however it is important to note that this is a projection and the actual median house purchase price may vary depending on various factors such as the location, size and condition as well as the state of the economy.
