That's why we created Inspect For Me, a service designed to give you peace of mind when making your investment decision. And if you choose House 11 Residential to manage your new investment property, we will credit you the fee of $110 towards maintenance for the property we inspected on your behalf that you purchased.
What You Do
You provide the date, time address and questions you have for the Open for Inspection
Upon Inspection
We inspect the property based on your questions, capture images and record videos (if permitted)
What We Do
We confirm the inspection via the real estate agency and attend on your behalf
After Inspection
You will receive a follow-up phone call with information, images and videos within 24 hrs after the inspection.
